This text (known as
lo jong in Tibetan) discusses mind training, and arrived in Tibet in the eleventh century. One of hundreds of instructions brought to Tibet by Atisha, this particular text was compiled by his student who condensed it into the present form of seven points.
The seven chapters consist of preliminaries, the main practice, how to carry the practice on to the path, the practice of mind training in daily life, the evaluation of mind training, commitment of mind training, and the guidelines of mind training.

Please note: Khenpo Sherab Ozer Rinpoche will be traveling to Tibet to teach the precious Buddhadharma at four nunneries in Kham in Eastern Tibet for 2-3 years, at the request of His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche.
Do make effort to attend these most precious teachings as this will be last time we will be able to receive Dharma teachings from Khenpo SherabOzer Rinpoche for quite a few years.
